Meet our Team

Hannah Martinez

Founder

I started Prosperum to make health feel human. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, building things (and caring for people) has always felt natural. I studied Human Genetics (B.S.) and Clinical Nutrition (M.S.), and I’m happiest where science meets everyday life.

I’ve worked across nonprofits, corporate, and startups. As a property manager at a $70B company, I helped manage 10+ properties and streamlined a wellness program that reached 3,000+ employees. Time in London around founders and years inside big systems taught me what actually helps people thrive.

From day one, I built Prosperum with AnnMarie as my co‑founder. Her culinary craft, strategic eye, and unwavering belief shaped our vision in ways I could never have done alone. While she’s now our culinary consultant and recipe developer, her influence is woven into everything we do. Together, we focus on nutrient synergy and on helping people create a healthier, more relaxed relationship with food.

We keep it grounded, transparent, and doable.
